I am working here in Oman last 10-11 months and company provided family visa (Wife & kid) which is under process by company
however my wife passport having Emigration Check Required ..
For such case any clearance stamp required from POE or not ??
Kindly confirm

no since the passport copy will be enough to apply the visa

Actually I am asking about Emigration Clearance once visa get. ... any clearance from POE required or not ..coz my wife passport having " Emigration check required "
As per my knowledge PoE clearance complosry for Employment visa but is it also required 4 family visa or not ?
