Does anyone else have haemochromatosis? Or know anyone who does? If so, can you recommend a specialist for management when we move over there soon?

Sorry - no experience on this subject.
My advise is to reach out to leading hospitals in Bahrain and inquire directly. You could contact the following as a start:
Government:
1) Salmaniya Medical Complex - you may not get a quick reply from them because this is a huge place.
Private:
1) Royal Bahrain Hospital
2) American Mission Hospital
3) Ibn Nafees Hospital
4) Awali Hospital
A GP at one of these hospitals would be a good starting point.
