excellent package for an indian surgeon with only 6 years experience..maybe he has MRCS/FRCS ( consultant grade ??) or is a subspecialist such as Plastic, onco, neuro etc . Is that so??. For a general/Lap surgeon such an offer is the best one can get in the middle-east --Just grab it blindly.
