Hi,
If i earn S $ 4,400/= per month, what is the net salary that i can get after removing all the deductions.
Further do i need to pay income taxes...
Please help me on this.

Yes, you do need to pay income tax. iras.gov.sg has a calculator. But at your (low) income it will only be around S$700/year.
But please note that your salary will not be enough to rent a whole flat (minimum S$2000-2500/month) and have a comfortable life for a family.
