Where the best Italian accent come from?

Thanks Caipucci. I know there isn't anything called the best language or accent. Actually I want to see ppl opinion about Italian, then pick up the most popular Italian accent to learn, I love Italian. Although some of Italian said that I need to learn words and conversations first before learning accent but I think cos I'm totally beginner so I need to do that from the beginning to be my accent, dunno want to speak like a villager or only can communicate to a certain ppl, although that s challenge.
So, most ppl said it is Tuscan dialect cos its popular, lots of young Italian speak, and easy to understand. My next challenge is finding an Italian with Tuscan dialect to learn. This is difficult cos not so many Italian in my country.
