Transfer of sponsorship from father to company

Salam;

I would like to get some expert advice on the subject matter as currently I am under the sponsorship of my father and would like to transfer it a company where i am offered a job. But now the HR of the company says due to some reasons the jawazat is not accepting dependents transfer and it will be on hold for a unspecified period.

But later on I came across few blogs and an article in a newspaper that the issue is solved and now students can get transfered to companies. BUt still the HR of my company is still not aware of it and isnt willing to proceed with my transfer.

So it would be very helpful and kind if someone could give any information or updates from a concerned authority regarding this matter as I believe many dependents are facing the same problem.
