You first need to check if you qualify for a visa. www.immi.gov.au
This site will also give you the requirements needed to get work as a dentist.
Also a Google search will help you as well. As with most medical type visas you will have to have qualifications that are acceptable to the immigration department and can be verified. You may well have to sit an examination or course here in Australia too.
