what is the procedure to get married with a woman living in DR and after the applying for residency - any idea for procedure, documents needed and cost

Go the thread on residencia first steps. You will need to do all that even if you are getting married.
Marrying a Dominican gets you citizenship but first step in process is all the things you need for residencia.
I will look up how to get married..... heck I might need it one day...lol.
