Dr Ashok, Unfortunately you will be very unlikely to get offered a partnership and unless you want to try to set up your own practice and get all the licences required (capital is RM1 million) it is not going to go in your favour. Unless you have contacts here and can network through them, I think it is not going to happen. Its just that Malaysia is xenophobic these days and the medics are mainly Chinese Malaysians. Therefore they do not welcome non Malaysian very openly.
