Hi,
i realy confuse on the new laws here in oman. i am working in a shop, and will finish my first 2 years contract this jan., 2015...
My question is, if i will decide to renew my contract for another 2 year and within a year i switch to another job (resign) am i still affected with the new law? Since i already finish my 2 year contract.. Please help me to be enlighten with this confusion..
