Hi I work in in governmental hospital as a consultant I'm Egyptian national my wife is German we are flying to Dubai along with our Ethiopian maid, will it be a problem to issue her a visa on arrival to Dubai airport?

If she is under your sponsorship then no issue...she will get visa with flying colors...
