We try to visit there every year or two now and hopefully if God is willing, when we retire, we would like to live there part time.

hi.
I have been retired here now for 8 years. Have a Croatian wife which helps. People are friendly, cost of living not to bad. We are around Zagreb so can only talk about this area. We do not have a car, public transport is good, retired bus pass! Depending on where you go and when you stay prices of renting property are different
