Transfer from fathers sponsorship to husbands

I believe it is possible, it happens all the time when girls here get married.

Release letter from your father's kafeel
noc letter from your husband 's kafeel
Marriage certificate attested from embassy & MOFA
IQAMA of both
Passport for both
pictures 2 white bg
Transfer fee 2000 SAR only

Go to JAWAZAT and next day you will get the IQAMA.

Below is the whole process :
You have to get your father to go to the maktabs near jawazat office to get a letter called " Aqad Tanazul" typed and printed. He then has to go to Jawazat and find the office related to "Transfers". He can get this Aqad Tanazul stamped there. He has to go there with your iqama and passport in original . After that He has to provide your husband this stamped letter and his Iqama copy.

Your husband will have to prove marriage by showing original and copy of marriage contract. if the marriage was registered in KSA then its quite easy. Just take the booklet and copy of it.

The husband has to submit 2000 riyals as transfer fee thru ATM. He has to make the payment by entering your IQAMA number, go to Government payments, Alien control, change sponsorship of dependent. the 2000 should show up agains your IQAMA number if you want to check thru www.moi.gov.sa

Next he has to arrange a salary employment letter stating salary if possible. and he has to have his and yours ALL current and previous passports.

Once all this at hand, he has to go again to the maktabs near jawazat , get someone there to fill up a JAWAZAT form for TRANSFERs. He should have a few of your and his passport photographs.

He can then proceed to the section in Jawazat made specially for transfering of dependents. They shall check his documents , if all requirements are in order he shall then sign the TRANSFER form and ask your husband to proceed to the IQAMA issuance counter where he shall have to wait in line for his turn, once his turn comes , he shall submit your ORIGINAL iqama and all the above and get a new issue IQAMA which indicates that you are now his dependent.

The whole process normally takes 3 hours if all documents are in place keeping in mind the rush of people.

Once done ask him to arrange coffee with cookies as a treat hehe

Do you have a sample format of the Covering letter from the company.

actually am under the similar situation, I have all the documents except the covering letter (NOC) from the company.

And I don't think my Company's HR must be aware of this letter.

So, just for the purpose of his understanding I need  the format of the letter.

Kindly provide the sample format if anyone is having...

I am working in government sector in saudi alhamdulillah and my wife working a specialist doctor in a private hospital,my  childrens are under my sponsorship ,if i loose my job or get terminated,will i get transferred easily under my wife sponsorship?or i have to go on exit and come back on my wife sponsorship .
