Hi I am a Filipino and am interested in studying post graduate degree specifically MBA in Yangon. Does Myanmar offer student visa? And are there universities that accept foreign students. I have emailed several universities and they arent responding. Also I checked Yangon Institute of Economics but they do not have email address to contact with. Are there also foreign students here in Yangon? I hope you can help me with my inquiries because I really like to study in Yangon.

Highly unlikely that they would accept foreign students or have student visas. You must remember that the country is just starting to open up and it may take years before the education system is up an running to an international standard.

I don't know how long you've waited.But they won't reply.
They don't have authority to to decide whether they should accept a foreign student or not.
May be the authority is not even in the Minister of education.

Don't expect with schools and universities in our country so much.
One can't speak out what he thinks here.
Ah..actually,he can.They will never say what one thinks is wrong,and they will never show that they don't like his opinions in front of public.
They'll just send you to the hell after that.
For us,there's nothing behind us.

Nothing at all.
