I live in Trujillo now for a little over a year....
I was thinking of moving North towards Tumbes thinking that purchasing a house or a piece of land to build one would be more affordable there than here in the RealEstate Balloon that is the overpriced market here.
I was thinking Zorritos, or Mancora and Northern Piura....
what have you to say about that.....
ps....... I love Huanchaco... from here just 20 minutes out of town.....
