Jobs for syrian in UAE

I would just like to know if it is possible for a Syrian (now living in Lebanon) to find a job in Dubai and get a visa.
I'm sure most of you know that syrians havent been allowed to get residency in Dubai.
If any one knows any details, or companies that are hiring syrians - please let me know.

the restriction still on Syrians, some Syrian got visas and majorities not, it takes 3 - 4 weeks to get the visa these days.
in terms on companies hiring Syrian, there is no restriction on companies , still Syrians who are in Dubai already and working can find another job and transfer their visas with out any problems, so to find job is not a problem, getting the residency visa is a problem now.
