Is buying an apt in Alrehab a hood idea. I mean instead of paying rent I can pay a little down payment and just pay the rest for about 5 years . Or is it over for real estate in Egypt

That seems like a good idea. Have you visited Al Rehab?
Last time I visited it seemed like a good place and secure, clean and quiet.
Anyway let me know the outcome.
