Looking to work in Nairobi or elsewhere in Kenya

Hi everyone,
I am a single white female currently living and working in South Africa. I grew up in Kenya and went to school in Kericho, so some of my roots are still there!  I would ideally like to live and work on a game lodge/ranch, doing the administrative work. I'm passionate about the outdoors and wild animals (hence my name as Bornfree) and would like to work closely in that type of environment.  Failing that, the other alternative is to take up a position in the secretarial field in Kenya. I currently work as a secretary here in South Africa. Where do I start looking for such a position at a game lodge? Or where do I find a secretarial position in Nairobi? Is a work permit difficult to obtain? What is the average salary for a game lodge administrative person and PA/secretary? What are the living costs like in Kenya?

Any information or website anyone can give me will be most appreciated.
