Hi there!
Depends on where you are from really. But basic requirements is that most foreigners here are on work permits which they have through their employer. Otherwise, in order to reside here (long term basis) you must have family here or be married to a Bermudian. If only for a visit (US/Canada/UK/SOME European countries, etc)...valid passport. No visa required from those places.
