My name is Kate Ochigbo,an optometrist from Nigeria.Recently,i submitted my documents for registration in Ireland (CORU) and the board requested that i should go a period of adaptation in an Eye clinic in Ireland.I humbly wish to request for your assistant in getting a place for the placement.

Hi Kate,
I suggest that you contact eye clinics in Ireland yourself explaining to them that you submitted your documents to CORU, and also telling about the period of adaptation you were asked to do.i find this easier to contact them yourself;)
