Hello guys?
My husband did a diploma in clinical medicine and community healthy since 2014. but he later did BMLS, he is graduating in December . We want him to come find a job here in Lab...Will he start as a new entry? And how much do u estimate salary, and how hard or easy will this be?

Go to NHRA site and check the process. For an outside medical professional, the licensing / certification process is not easy.

As XTang mentioned, it would be better to go to NHRA website, look at the PQR and find there if he has required qualification and experience. NHRA PQR has been reformed many times in past couple of years, last being in December 2020.
If you have doubts, ask your husband to send email to NHRA, they are helpful people, you will get correct answer.
