Im working under probation my visa is under my husband bahraini.

My HR told me today that he applied for me visa under the company name at the same time I will remain under my husband visa which I'm really confused.

I am planning to resign in a week as my working hours here is complicated.

Do I have to pay anything.
And is the 1 days notice for resignation is also applicable for me? Regarding the visa he told me do I need to ask them to cancel if I will get anoher job.

Depends on the area you are in. For example, for teachers and some other professions, the sponsorship remains at dependent visa but a work permit is granted at the same time.

You don't need to worry about staying in Bahrain but to move to another employer, all the formalities of the work permit need to be followed. Read this:
