Hallo All ,
my name is Claus and i was working in Oman from 2010 to 2017 as a Manager .
the Company i worked for like me to come back to work .
Anybody has experience with age related isus , Im 61 now.

I dont know the age for white collar but I can say about blue collar there retirement age is 60 and once 60 age cross insurance company does not allow to renew. That's why compay not able to renew visas.
