I have problems with my email address also. I had to change my email 9 months ago because I would not get my emails. Got an apology but no offer to fix. Now I am trying to change it back to my original email address that I have used for years but it will not let me......Can someone in management please advice ?

I did send them a request about 9 months ago, I just sent a message to management again and a message here. Hopefully have better success this time ?
