I have never heard of such a company. You should do a web search and see if anything comes up.
Vietnam is still a developing country. It seems more likely that developed countries such as Korea and Japan would have this sort of arrangement.
Also, Vietnam is an overpopulated country with a young and fairly well-educated workforce, so there is very little demand for foreign workers other than highly specialized personnel in technical fields like engineering.
