Hi, I've lived in the UK my entire life and have been working with electronic security for over 20 years.

I'm keen to move over to Germany for many reasons but I am curious about the availability of work within the electronic security industry both from an employed point of view and a self employed.

Ideally I'd like to work for myself but have no idea what the average pay rate is for this line of work, is there even a demand for security in Germany like there is in England?

Would really appreciate any help, comments and suggestions.

Electronic security is as big a topic here as elsewhere.
Since it's not my industry, I cannot tell you the ratio of employees to freelancers in the field. But, obviously, language is the key for most chances in both cases. So how good is your German?
