YES

I go to France every year for business. Thought about learning some French for pleasure. On my way back, one year, talked to a lady at airport that I met every year over there. When asked if she wants to learn French, she said : Doesn't justify to learn a language which you are using only several days a year. Cruel comment, but it makes sense to me.

Well I am not saying Natalie shouldn't learn it. I just mean its too hard for me.

I wish I could speak French. But given the time/effort needed and the application that I can put the language to. Its a no-gainer. Not a student anymore, so I need to be prudent with the allocation of the rare resource - time...
