Face masks wont be a problem, but most couriers that are still working are fussy about sanitisers.
Sanitisers containing alcohol may be a forbidden commodity for an individual to send.
Best bet is to speak to DHL / UPS. They operate their own fleet of aircraft and might be the only reliable method to use right now.
The advantage of using a courier that operates its own aircraft is that they dknt rely on commercoal airlines to ship - ie the cargo hold of a passenger plane.
They supply sturdy packaging also.
