Im an Australian living here in Vietnam, i am planning to get married, but a little confused if i need a single statue declaration from Australia, when i checked on the Australian consulate web site it said that it maybe not be required. i have downloaded and filled out the CNI, (Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage) and gathered all the relevant paperwork. but now i need to know if i require the Single statue form.
I know theres a lot of Aussies that have got married here, and know what the go is, so any help would be great..

I did the CND from aussie embassy, thats all that is needed.
