It's very difficult to give any advice to you since you have not mentioned an detail about your situation and qualifications etc. A lot of people from your region of the world have high hopes of finding a job in Malaysia and these are often highly skilled and experienced people, and yet they also find it extremely difficult.
The only thing I can suggest on the limited information you have provided is to apply for a job in Malaysia while you are still overseas. Also, do not simply limit yourself to finding a job in Malaysia.
