Rough Shortest Route to Punta Rucia to be Surfaced

This is wonderful news for those that know of the best kept secret on the North Coast - Punta Rucia and Cayo Arena. The quickest way on the map to get there is from Villa Elisa (the place to buy skinned goats) on the main Santiago to Monte Cristi highway, but that road was unsurfaced and dodgy after rain. The alternative was much longer. It will become the quickest way by far to PR soon following resurfacing and other works.
