My husband is currently working in Muscat.. He has renewed his contract for another 2 years.
I wanted to join him and require family visa. There are few queries

1. My passport and my husband passport doesn't has the spouse name added also I haven't changed my name in passport after marriage. We do have a marriage certificate. The name in marriage certificate however is changed ( only surname)

2. How much time does it take for the family visa??

Please help.

For Indian National, attested marriage certificate is enough. Just check from where it is required to be attested. Secondly be sure that change surname for spouse is not required in Arab countries as in there culture Female does not change her name after marriage. It is mostly in european countries. So even if somebody asks you from indian that your visa may be rejected ignore them and get on
