Am pretty sure if Fines and Fees are Waived by BI, they did have given you documents to support that claim upon your exiting. Nonetheless, if you feel you have valid proof or confidence all fee, fines and what not are all waived. Pick up your bag, passport and walk right through the airport in to your plane and off to your next destination.
