For property tax and waste management fees, what price range (depending upon which local municipality) is the annual combined € total price likely to be between approximately. For a Bulgarian village house costing around €20k, on approximately 2000 square metres of land.

A lot depends on your location I believe.
My house as a 2000m sg garden and the property is a similar price/value and this years tax was 74.73 leva for the year.

In my village there is no separate fee for waste it is included within the property tax
Large bins are provided approx 1 to every 6 properties and are emptied weekly.
Can't fault it better than the UK which is every fortnight.
No recycling in the villages every thing just put into the one bin.
One tax which I was not aware of is the local car tax that you pay on top of the national car/road tax (referred to as vignetti) again this local car tax varies from location to location also on the make model engine size and value also wether it is left or right hand drive.
To give you an idea my ford mondeo right hand drive 2 litre diesel 10 years old was approx 130 lev for the year.
