Poland Ban

Unfortunately while leaving Poland i landed in some trouble with the Polish border guards who gave me a bunch of paper work for apparently overstaying in Poland. According to my calculation i was below 90 days. And on my last exit from Poland i visited London, England which according to one of the guards doesn't count to reset my 90 days because its part of Schengen, but i did some research and England is not in Schengen. I'm attaching a record of my travel from the time i came to Poland last year, so it is clear I didn't over stay.. If someone knows how to get my ban revoked please help me out or the right authorities i have to contact
