What are your daily health hacks in India?

Good suburbs in big cities like Chennai have good gyms. They are quite affordable.

I personally like walking in the morning, preferably early in the morning. If your suburb has trees, it feels good.

Health Hacks:
When you travel, if you can't find trustworthy restaurants but have to eat at some local spot, make sure what you eat is hot and cooked and not oily.
