I had all necessary vaccinations for Goa many years ago as I used to be a regular visitor.
However it has been five years since my last visit. Can anyone please inform me if I need to have any boosters & should I take Malaria tablets ?
Also do I need to have a return or ongoing ticket with a visa to enter India ?

Yes. I think you would need boosters for the same. However you may consult your doctors for better advice. Also, yes you need to have a visa for arrival to India.
