Hi,
I'm looking into having my studio unit rented out to ex-pats on a contract. The unit lies on the 19th floor of Beacon, along Chino Roces cor Arnaiz in Makati. It's only 21 sqm and will be habitable by July or August 2011. I recently purchased this unit and it will be turned-over in July, so this is not yet furnished.
