Have you tried ayahuasca and where?

Hi everybody i'm Alex,

On the subject. I like to try new things and I heard about ayahuasca and how it is supposedly lifechanging, but I don't know any people who have tried it. I red some reviews from around the web, but many of them look and sound fake. Have anyone here tried ayahuasca and is it worth the trip? I would like an authentic ceremony so I will probably go to South America for that. Can you recommend a retreat you have visited?

We went to an ayahuasca retreat in Brazil with my girlfriend last year. We had a great time and met many interesting people with different ayahuasca stories at the retreat. Brazil is very beautiful and people there were very friendly. The ceremonies and workshops at the retreat were very fun and we really enjoyed them. One tip: bring a lot of mosquito repellents, because there are a lot of mosquitoes.
