Dear All,
My employer has not paid my salary and also my terminal benefits. Also, he said he will check that
accounts are proper and then only he will pay. Its more than 2 months but still nothing is paid to me.
My questions are :-
1. Can they file wrong case against me saying that accounts are not proper??? If yes, how can i find out?
Also, can they demand some money from me saying that accounts are not ok
2. Can they complain to LMRA and harm me?? I am already now not under their visa.
3. how can i get my money back.
