Babel34: If your nursing certificate is recognised in Singapore, you can just apply for jobs at suitable empüloyers (hospitals, in your case). Once you are hired, the company will take care of your visa.

If you need a visa to enter Singapore, you can apply at any Singapore embassy, consulate or mission.
