Is it necessary for family to travel to Oman for cancellation of Omani VISA? Is it possible that the family members family joining VISA automatically get cancelled with the cancellation of the family head VISA?

It should be noted that there is nothing like an 'automatic cancelling of visa'.
When the family head's visa is cancelled, the employer / sponsor would do the needed for the family visas to be cancelled too.
Obviously, no one can be expected to fly all the way to Oman just to get their family visas cancelled.
