Dears,
I am expecting one good reply from experience peoples.
Iam given case to khobar laberoffice against my kafeel due to not give my more than three months salaries,. Two hearings kafeel not attend finally dammam court gave after 4 months date which is too long, inthis period my kafeel made final exit for me, even that validity expired, now kafeel said he put my name escaping employee at jawasar, but now he ready to remove the status and will be extend my final exit date, now I want to go back my country and like to come back with new visa, so I am required to withdraw the labercourt case before go
