How hard/easy is it to find a 3/4 bed house in Belgium and can anyone recomend any sites that do not use an estate agent.

Do not go through a real estate agency is always possible. But it's not always a good idea. Because they avoid a lot of problems. And their professions are severely regulated in Belgium.
There is a large amount of website dedicated to rental housing. Here are some

And do not forget that English is not one of the official Belgian languages. So you risk missing out on great opportunities if you only want to go through private individuals.

Hi thanks for the links.
I allready speak Dutch and French but, have been ask'd for proof of work by the estate agents which is a bit tricky as I am still living in England. that is why I thought doing it privately may be easier.
