hi,
my wife and child is kenyan. so, on this behalf should i b allow to stay in kenya? If yes, then wil it b residence permit or temperory permit? For how many years, it wil b for? Can i start my smal business? Pls also advise, any gud reasonable consultncy firm/agents who can help me.

Hi Shenzen and welcome to Kenya.
Currently you can stay in Kenya if your family is here provided you have the necessary permits and paper work.
As for starting up business here you can do that provided however you comply with the relevant legislation. At times the authorities can be very strict on procedure and permissions, but you should not worry provided your in the country legally!
