There is no much difference between Nigeria and Ghana. Same climate, traffic, similar pattern of life style but Ghana cedis is stronger than Nigeria naira. You might not be able to see any difference...

Nigeria is cool place quite similar to Ghana ,very vibrant and a lot of places to go,i guess you would love your time in Nigeria,i have also been to Ghana and really wish to visit again
