Hi, ram here i have a question regarding my visa..
My visa was cancelled last 21 Nov and given 1 month grace period that expires today,my question is that my new employer can apply directly new visa? Or does it require for mobility or do i have to pay something to extend month more so my new employer may able to apply?

Sorry, could you help me with some information.
My employer says that i need to send all the document before New Year to obtain visa. Because if i send them in january, i will get it in may, because of a new law. Do you know something about this?? Where can i found some information?
