i would like to ask, if there is a program for work and study in moscow, where i can go to school at the same time get a job? will they issue work permit if my visa is student visa?

I wouldn't recommend to search a job in Moscow even you aren't high experienced specialist.
Studying is not a problem, you can contacted directly with Moscow's universities, whatever you want. They can also provide an assistance with visa recieving.

why? is it hard to get a job in moscow? someone offered us for a work while studying, im still thingking of it, coz fees is a bit high, then i want to be sure if i will get a job there once i landed.
