We went to Kosovo and the people are the nicest ever. If you can get past the language barrier you will make friends very easy. They will go out of their way to help you in anything you need. The service industry is very customer oriented, they are on the spot with whatever you need without being submissive or weird vibes. It felt like they take great pride in making you feel comfortable.
