Hi new to this site and VT. Looking to visit around August 2016. Purchasing or renting a property doesn't seem to be a problem looking at the prices.
My main concern is buying or renting in the right complex. I've had awful experience renting in Thailand only to find the complex became overrun by Bears. I don't want to experience that ever again. I'm looking for a well managed complex where the management don't take any crap from bullies. I know this may seem awfully racist but you would never believe what we had to endure in Thailand.
Moving to VT looking at all options
